CIFA Magnum MK28L-5 PB808 Truck Mixer Pump Body (2025, truck not included)

About this product

An unused CIFA Magnum MK28L-5 truck mixer pump body, built in 2025. It combines a PB808 S7 pumping unit, a mixer drum with 9 m³ nominal capacity and a 28 m, 4-section “Z”-folding placing boom in a single body. The unit is in MOTTO’s stock in a bonded warehouse (customs area) in Tuzla, Istanbul: ready for export and deliverable without waiting for factory lead time.

Scope: body only, truck not included

The offer covers the body only; the truck and chassis are not included. The unit is mounted on the buyer’s own truck chassis. According to the manufacturer’s data sheet, mounting requires a wheelbase of at least 4,260 mm, and the overall height of the mounted vehicle is at most 4,000 mm. So that we can check chassis suitability, please state the make, model and wheelbase of the truck you plan to use in your enquiry.

About the machine

A truck mixer pump pumps concrete with the same vehicle that carries it from the batching plant to the site, reducing the need for a separate truck mixer and pump on small and medium pours. The PB808 S7 pumping unit has a theoretical output of 81 m³/h and a maximum pressure on the concrete of 81 bar. The 125 mm (5″) delivery line was chosen to reduce wear. The boom gives 28.1 m vertical and 24.1 m horizontal reach and slews ±240°.

The pump and mixer are controlled by the Easytronic management system: pump and drum management, fault messages and counters are shown on a colour LCD display. LSC ADV stability control is on the manufacturer’s options list; the optional equipment fitted to this unit is confirmed at the quotation stage.

• Remote-controlled vibrator on the hopper grid; safety switch on the discharge door and grid
• Water- and corrosion-protected wiring and electronics; LED lighting for the drum
• Balanced axle load distribution, polymer rear mudguards with rubber flaps, two extra channels for the subframe connection
