As Data Controller, Motto Danışmanlık Mühendislik ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. (MOTTO) recognises your constitutional rights regarding the use of your personal data, respects these rights and makes every effort to protect them.
MOTTO does not intend to collect any personal data relating to users under the age of 18. When certain pages of the website are viewed, some information may be stored on your computer. This information will be in the form of “cookies” or similar files and will allow the website to be adapted to respond better to your interests and/or preferences. However, this site contains links to other websites, and MOTTO has no authority to control the privacy policies of those pages.
In addition to the above, visitors to the MOTTO website enter their name, surname and e-mail address in the electronic forms on the website in order to receive financial news bulletins about the company and to pass on their general requests to company officials.
MOTTO will act responsibly with regard to the information you give us about yourself or that is collected because of your visit to the website. MOTTO may store, process or transfer the information it collects during your visit to this website for the purposes of:

REQUESTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
In accordance with Article 10 of the KVK Law, MOTTO informs data subjects of their rights and guides them on how to exercise these rights. In accordance with Article 13 of the KVK Law, MOTTO operates the necessary channels, internal procedures and administrative and technical arrangements to assess data subjects’ rights and provide them with the necessary information.
Accordingly, data subjects may submit their requests regarding the rights set out in MOTTO’s Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data to MOTTO, together with information and documents proving their identity, by completing the form at motto-tr.com/kisisel-veri-sahibi-basvuru-formu, or by completing and signing the Data Subject Application Form using the methods stated in the form or determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
For a third party to apply on behalf of a data subject, a special power of attorney issued through a notary public by the data subject in the name of the applicant is required.
