The CIFA Magnum MK28-5 PB808 truck mixer pump, painted in special colours for our customer operating in the Aegean region and delivered from Italy, is on its way to the MOTTO assembly workshop in Istanbul to be mounted on the MAN truck chosen by our customer.
CIFA MAGNUM IN BRIEF
The Magnum MK28-5″ truck mixer pump, completely renewed in 2018, was for many years Europe’s best-selling machine in its category, with an award-winning design. With new technologies and the feedback received from customers, the best was developed further and renewed to widen the gap with its competitors.
With fuel consumption and maintenance costs at least 10% below those of its competitors, it is one of the most preferred machines in Europe.
Thanks to the design and technology of the product, more than 6,000 truck mixer pumps have been built and sold, and today they carry and pump millions of cubic metres of concrete all over the world.
CONCRETE GROUP
The pumping unit, equipped with a fully removable 7″ S-tube, provides a smooth, continuous and regular flow.
This technology guarantees a highly efficient system for pumping different types of concrete with aggregate of any size; it reduces the number of cycles per minute while keeping the same flow rate, which means less wear and a longer service life.
It guarantees safe, trouble-free pumping of low-slump concrete.
DRUM
The drum and spiral blades are made of high-strength, wear-resistant steel: 3 mm thick 450HB in the lightweight version, or 4 mm thick 30MnB5 steel.
VERSATILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
The different boom configurations of CIFA truck mixer pumps give the greatest operational versatility and make it possible to reach almost every part of the site, including areas that are difficult to access. Complete working flexibility, together with excellent working speed, allows the boom to be fully extended and perfectly positioned within a few minutes.
