Consumables

Filters, oil, hoses, bucket teeth, tyres and concrete pump pipes are the materials a machine consumes every day, and the ones that stop the whole machine when they are missing. That is why the supply of consumables should be planned not “when needed” but “before it is needed”. MOTTO supplies consumables for construction machinery, concrete equipment and trucks, and delivers them to your sites with the machine or in regular shipments.

Groups of consumables

Filters. Engine oil, fuel, air and hydraulic filters. In dusty and hot climates filter change intervals become shorter, so stock levels should be planned according to working conditions. We match filters by machine model and filter number.

Oils and greases. Engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission and differential oils, grease. The right viscosity and grade are chosen according to the machine manufacturer’s recommendation and the climate.

Hydraulic hoses and fittings. Ready-made or made-to-measure hoses by pressure class, diameter and connection type. Excavators working with breakers consume many hoses; keeping a spare set is important.

Wear parts (GET). Bucket teeth and adapters, cutting edges, side protectors. In rock and abrasive material the right tooth profile affects both digging efficiency and bucket life.

Concrete pump wear kit. Concrete pipes, elbows, clamps, seals, concrete pistons, wear plate and cutting ring. These need regular replacement in line with the volume the pump handles.

Tyres. Tyres for loaders, graders, backhoe loaders and trucks. Different ground such as quarry, sand and asphalt calls for different tread patterns and ply construction.
