GENEL BİLGİLENDİRME
The first hybrid shotcrete vehicle developed by CIFA is an underground vehicle that shows the care for which our ENERGYA range stands out in every detail. Also this machine with hybrid technology stick out for its streamlined and pleasant design – created by CIFA’s Styling centre – perfectly in line with its vocation for sustainability.
ENERGYA CSSE is the new CIFA plug-in Hybrid Spritz System vehicle, adopting the latest technologies to increase work efficiency and reduce fuel consumption, costs, pollution and noise.
CSSE allows for lower consumption. The vehicle can operate in electrical mode during all the working stages: traction, pumping, boom handling, additive dosing, water pump and carriage services. If the vehicle is connected to the mains during the pumping stage, it can simultaneously operate and charge its batteries, thereby further extending its operating life. Plus, it is fitted with Kers, the braking energy saving system that allows you to increase the residual charge.

A brand new boom, designed and manufactured by CIFA and especially developed for mining and for small tunnels. Robust and at the same time versatile and extremely precise on nozzle placement, it has a vertical reach of 10 meters. A unique boom feature is that it can be unfolded and positioned in driving mode and once the machines has reached the work place. The boom has an horizontal slewing ring that allow the operator to follow the entire profile of the tunnel, at every height, with only one joystick movement on the proportional radio remote control.
Central articulated turning chassis has small width dimension and high manoeuvrability. High clearance on front and back allows it to face off-road surfaces and serious slopes with great agility. The driving seat can be turned 180°.
The boom, the chassis, the pumping unit and the additive dosing system UNIFLUX H1.0 are entirely designed, developed and manufactured by CIFA in order to ensure the best performance to our clients, on every jobsite.

The manual sprayed concrete pump PCS 209 has full flexibility in its DNA: compactness and smart design allow easy transportation and immediate access to components for maintenance.
Cougar 4 is the first mixer designed to work in a mine. A new product, with an unmistakeable style. The prototype, developed also considering Italian-made style and design with a careful eye on ergonomics, will be used for special transport of concrete in the tunnels and mines. Small spaces and challenging working conditions; this is the ideal field for the new mixer to show off all its talents. 2 and a half metres tall, with 4 driving and steering wheels, it is fitted with a FOPS/ROPS anti-rollover cab and a drum with a maximum nominal capacity of 4 cubic metres. Equipped with electronic and video sensors to detect the position of any obstacles, the machine is efficient, reliable and offers lower fuel consumption.
