Truck Mixers
MOTTO truck mixers are built in separate designs for wet and dry systems, with nominal capacities from 6 m³ to 14 m³. Specially designed spirals inside the drum allow concrete to be transported for long periods without losing its properties or homogeneity. The high-capacity hydraulic equipment and gearboxes let the drum reach its maximum rotation speed at an engine speed of 1,500 rpm, reducing the vehicle’s fuel consumption. The S355J2 or 30MnB5 steel used for the drum — according to customer preference — keeps wear to a minimum and extends the service life of the drum.
GENERAL FEATURES
- Mixing blades suitable for carrying both dry and wet materials, enabling faster mixing and discharge and even blending, and preventing segregation of the concrete.
- New T-shaped blade technology. Made of hard alloy steel, it protects the mixing blades against wear, extends the life of the drum and improves mixing performance.
- The geometric volume of the drum is large and the filling ratio correspondingly lower, which gives more mixing space. The inclined angle and low centre of gravity help minimise the risk of the vehicle overturning.

ENERGYA – Hybrid Truck Mixer
ENERGYA is CIFA’s patented plug-in hybrid truck mixer, which adopts the latest technologies to reduce fuel consumption, pollution and noise. The ENERGYA system allows full energy management in all working conditions. The components were selected and installed to EU standards to maximise the overall efficiency of the system. The conventional hydraulic system has been replaced by a high-efficiency electric transmission.
During loading and discharge, the system rotates the drum on site with the diesel engine switched off, with no exhaust emissions and very low noise. By reducing exhaust emissions and noise, ENERGYA is a patented, environmentally friendly CIFA product that reflects the future of the industry in every respect.
