Truck-Mounted Concrete Pumps

CIFA has been building truck-mounted concrete pumps for more than 60 years. The CIFA truck-mounted pump range includes models with booms from 20 to 80 metres. It is divided into two main lines: the Carbotech series and the Steeltech series.

All CIFA concrete pumps can be mounted on trucks of any make. The top of the range is the CARBOTECH series, with carbon fibre boom sections that guarantee strength, light weight and less oscillation during operation. It is a range of boom pumps with a complete configuration even in the basic version, featuring 360° electronic management with control of the pumping unit, stabilisation and working parameters. Carbotech pumps have boom lengths from 40 to 80 metres.

The STEELTECH series offers a wide range of accessories and optional equipment on a configurable product. With particular attention to total weight within European road limits, it is the range with the largest number of models and configurations. Steeltech pumps have boom lengths from 20 to 63 metres.

Every concrete pump model can be equipped with the Smartronic® electronic management system, which ensures that every operation — from stabilisation to unfolding the boom and pumping concrete — is carried out in complete safety. In recent years, new features have been developed, such as:
• Advanced Stability Control, which lets you get the most out of the machine. The system is intelligent and maximises the working area according to the actual outrigger extension. It intervenes when a limit is approached: first by slowing the boom, then by stopping it before a critical condition is reached.
• Max Boom Extension, which tells the operator the maximum distance the boom can reach with the outriggers partially extended, before the boom is unfolded. It predicts the future! On arriving at the site, the operator sets up the stabilisation at variable percentages, as close as possible to the configuration of the working area; without unfolding the boom, the real maximum reach can be seen on the machine’s display in complete safety — an enormous time saving.
