TECHNICAL DETAILS
BOOM
POWER AND RELIABILITY
The booms on CIFA truck-mounted pumps combine strength and reliability. Every section is designed for maximum structural resistance, and the areas exposed to stress have been minimised.
VERSATILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
The different boom configurations of CIFA truck-mounted pumps guarantee maximum working range and versatility, and the fastest access to every point on site, including the hardest to reach.

PUMPING UNIT
PUMPING UNIT
The fully removable pumping unit delivers a precise, continuous and regular concrete flow. This technology guarantees a highly effective system for pumping different types of concrete with aggregates of every size and — for the same load — reduces the number of strokes per minute, giving less wear and a longer service life.
“S” VALVE AND WEAR PLATE
With its hard-carbide-coated S valve, wear plate and wear ring, it outlasts other versions and offers you high durability and minimum maintenance costs.

CONTROL SYSTEM
PROPORTIONAL BOOM VALVE
Ergonomic HAWE boom valves for boom movements
RADIO REMOTE CONTROL
Safe, lightweight HBC Radiomatic or Hetronic radio remote control for all the main functions and booms of the concrete pump
CABLE VIBRATOR AND HORN CONTROL
A cable control that can be mounted externally on the rear panel and is used by truck mixer drivers on site to communicate with the pump operator.
REMOVABLE ELECTRICAL PANEL
Main electrical panel that can be removed quickly and easily for maintenance.
OUTRIGGER VALVES
Located on both sides of the concrete pump for extending and lowering the outriggers. Emergency stops are fitted right next to them in case of an emergency.
REAR CONTROL PANEL
Located at the very rear of the pump, it carries the functions found on the remote control and controls the concrete group, excluding the boom.
OUTRIGGER STABILITY SYSTEM
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Different management systems are available, depending on the pump model, so that concrete pumps can be set up and used with maximum safety.
LSC (BASIC STABILITY SYSTEM)
A stability system that allows the boom to operate when all outriggers are extended.
Availability:
Used on concrete pumps with an open hydraulic system.*
ASC (ADVANCED STABILITY SYSTEM)
Thanks to CAN bus wiring, the system can run a full diagnosis of all concrete pump components, and any anomalies are displayed immediately. The display shows all components working or active during pumping, such as cylinders, hydraulic pumps, valves, lights and accessories. The system can be easily updated with a simple upload.
